1. How do I know if my order has been processed?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successful, another email will be sent once your order has been shipped out.
2. I would like to order in bulk, can I get a discount?
If you want to order in a large quantity, please email us at sales@axtrosports.com and we will offer a discount for you.
Shipping

You will receive an email once your order has been shipped.
2. Can I track my order?
It depends on the shipping method you selected. If you chose Speedpost, you can track your order online at www.speedpost.com.sg.
3. How long does it take to deliver my order?
Depending on the shipping method and location. A general estimate for Speedpost Air Parcel is 2-3 weeks, while EMS will take less than 1 week.
4. When will my orders be shipped?
We try to ship out all confirmed orders by the next business day.

Our website is protected with SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, the highest standard of Internet security. This is to ensure that hackers will be not be able to gain access to any confidential information (e.g. credit card number).

1. My product is faulty, what should I do?
Firstly, please ensure that you follow all the instruction given with your product. If you still encounter a fault, email us at sales@axtrosports.com. Our friendly staff will get in touch with you very soon.
2. What is the warranty period?
It depends on the manufacturer, for FINIS, the standard warranty is 90 days unless stated otherwise. You can email us at sales@axtrosports.com to enquiry about more information on the warranty period.
