1.2 How To Participate?

• Apply for AXTRO Ambassador Program
• Once your application has been approved, you would have access to our ambassador portal
• Share your personalised referral link, coupon code or QR code to your followers / readers / clients and earn commission for every purchase they made! 

Commission & Payment

2.1 Commission

• *For FINIS & Speedo, we will issue a unique coupon code which entitles your customers to a 10% discount off retail price.
• Coupon code commission tracking is also available at our physical retail store as long as customer presents the coupon code during payment.
• Commission is calculated based on the order amount before GST, shipping and payment processing fee. 
• For referral link, our system is able to track any purchases made on our website up to 7 days upon customer clicking on the link.
• Commissions will only be available for valid orders that are fully paid and partially refunded
• No commission given for orders that are rejected, cancelled, fully refunded, or invalid

2.2 Payment

• Commission period is from the first to the last day of the month. 
• AXTRO Sports would verify the orders within 14 business days and the payment would be made on the 15th business day the following month
• Payment would be made to the ambassador's PayNow account. Currently, this is the only payment method supported.
• A minimum payout amount of SGD15 is required. If the commission due is below that, it would be rolled over to the next month
• To keep track of your commission and payment, you can visit the ambassador portal. 

Terms & Conditions

3.1 Registration

When applying for AXTRO Ambassador Program, you must provide AXTRO Sports with accurate, truthful, and complete information. If there are changes to that information, you must inform AXTRO Sports immediately.

After reviewing your application, you will only be contacted if you are accepted into the AXTRO Ambassador Program. AXTRO Sports may refuse to accept your application in AXTRO Sports’ sole discretion if you are unsuitable for any reason.

3.2 Ineligible Transactions

 

AXTRO Sports reserves the right not to make commission payout for transactions that include but are not limited to the following:

1. Rejected
2. Cancelled
3. Fully refunded
4. Reselling
5. Fraudulent: AXTRO Sports shall determine what constitutes as fraudulent in its sole discretion

3.3 Breach

In the event of a breach, AXTRO Sports reserves the right to deny payment for:

1. Commissions earned during the period when there was a breach
2. Outstanding commissions that has not been paid to the ambassador

Free product(s) that was/were sent to the ambassador for review must be returned to AXTRO Sports in good, working condition. The ambassador is fully responsible for any damages made to the product(s) and postage charges incurred.

3.4 Termination

This Agreement will be terminated under but are not limited to the following circumstances:

1. Both parties consent to the termination
2. The Ambassador is inactive for a period of four(4) months
3. AXTRO Sports reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement when the Ambassador breaches any of the Terms and Conditions stated in this Agreement

3.5 Modification

By submitting your application for AXTRO Ambassador Program, you affirm and acknowledge that you have read this Agreement thoroughly and agree to be bound by all Terms and Conditions.

AXTRO Sports may modify any Terms and Conditions at any time and in its sole discretion without prior consent from both parties. If any modification is unacceptable to the Ambassador, he/she may terminate his/her participation in the AXTRO Ambassador Program. The Ambbassador’s continued participation following the posting of changes to the Terms and Conditions will constitute binding acceptance of those changes.
