Did your retail shop at Ubi selling the strap for Astro Fix 3 as my National Steps Challenge tracker black strap broken. If yes, how much is the strap? And how many type colour available for the strap?
Can I walk in to buy the strap?

I have my Axtro fit 3 for National challenge season 6 on 23 January 2022, but the steps stop clocking yesterday and stop at 5448 steps, today it reset to 0 steps and not clocking. The clock, blood oxygen, MVPA is working, can I go down your retail store at Ubi tech park to have an exchange, if not I can’t clocking my steps for this two weeks due to HPB service centre only have the slot for exchange after two weeks

Hi, I have an Axtro Fit 3 from Healthy 365 season 6 which show the warranty last date as 25 October 2022. The steps suddenly stop clocking, it stops at 339 since this morning but the clock, MVPA, blood oxygen and sleep tracking are all still working. Can I bring down the tracker to your retail store for an exchange.
